how to add "load more button " in RSS reader

how to add "load more button " in RSS reader

I'm working hard on a solution to my problem and I hope that someone can
help me here. I have a RSS feed project it is working .but I want to make
a cell to load more feeds and how can increase the number of feeds in each
page .
the code which I working in is :
